Unfair slander It s clear from the dates of the last 3
It s clear from the dates of the last 3 posts in particular there has been a concerted effort to have a pop at this company My feeling is this has been made by either a competitor or a bunch of people obviously not good enough at their job I have over 10 years experience in this industry and have represented Smart Energy for 6 months I don t have any issues with the company nor their methods Anyone worth their salt should not need to put pressure on homeowners to have these boilers They are free under the governments Eco4 grant which is worth over 1 6bn The boilers are very good and are definitely not faulty There could be a legal challenge into the suggestion the boilers are faulty The only time a customer may need to pay money is if they wanted a different boiler from those available on the scheme and then you would just pay the difference in price from the allotted boiler to the customers preferred choice It s a shame the faceless people can get away with undermining Smart Energy when they are hear to create mischief Smart Energy are simply trying to offer free boilers to those on lower income and are vulnerable to the cold and save them money and of course to help everyone reduce their carbon footprint

During the 10 years in this industry I have always been self employed and have found that hard work and patience pays off If a homeowner decides not to proceed I just move on as there s always another door to go to I have been offered salaried positions but with lesser commissions in this industry but have always believed in my own ability I have had many days when I go out and do not sign a customer up but rather than think it s a day working for nothing I put it down to experience I have found Smart Energy Sense to be very professional in all my dealings with them and also had positive feedback from any customers that I have signed up I do not normally post on any sites but feel the previous posts were one sided and feel duty bound to report things as I ve found them

Fake reviews There is definitely a concerted effort by certain individuals to tarnish Smart Energy Sense Ltd An earlier post suggested they were not given notice and were sacked Anyone generating sales for the company are not salaried as has been implied All leads sales are from self employed lead generators The most recent post states their landlord attending the installation whilst the tenant enjoyed time in Blackpool Lies lies lies Private tenants do NOT qualify for free boilers and the whole post is fictional and should be treated accordingly As mentioned previously there is a conspiracy by certain individuals against Smart Energy Sense You are deterring genuine applicants who are on low income vulnerable to the cold from utilising this grant through this company GET A LIFE

Please ignore all bad reviews and trust this excellent company to carry out a 1st class job
Having just completed our free boiler loft insulation ventilation work under the ECO funding scheme I feel it necessary to praise and thank the whole team who carried out all the work on behalf of Smart Energy Sense From start to finish the various teams have been so professional polite and provided excellent comunication skills at every stage of the job The old boiler water tank and all debris were removed with no fuss So please ignore all bad reviews and trust this excellent company to carry out a 1st class job
