Poor customer service
I reached out to SCG when in the US and they immediately contacted me I was leaving the country but their rep scheduled a call plan based on both schedules I called and no answer I changed my whole schedule for the call I was told by the rep he would call me right back but never did we scheduled another call changed schedule again to make the call and again no answer The customer service is weak and I guess if they do not loc you in immediately they don t care

Went online Put in code Offer popped up Input answers to the three questions Reviewed four 4 documents Checked the box that I had read the documents Next step was to click on VERIFY Can t do it grayed out Not clickable No desire to talk to a live agent if I ve been pre-selected you reached out to me plus based on reviews your people can t keep a scheduled call can t return a call get aggressive and hang up on people that your company invested money in soliciting people who actually called you back Why would anyone want to talk to that kind of a company If your website fails on the second page then that s your loss This isn t baseball You re out

Too good to be true
After receiving the famous introductory letter up to 60 000 I decided why not I called and spoke to a very nice rep at the time my thoughts Our conversation was very old school pleasant Matthew D if that s his real name promised to call me back with a plan of qualifying steps He called back the next day and the conversation went as if I didn t recognize the previous conversation I asked several questions and yet still eager to listen and be guided by Matthew guidance The more engaging I was with questions he went into a different atmosphere of seemingly aggressive but forced politeness After 20minutes I was convinced to try the plan but I needed one more question answered after all this was my livelihood household I asked the question and there became dreadful silence Looking down at the phone monitor I realized Matthew D had hung up on me Lol Well All is well that ends well My earlier doubts were in deed manifested Bottom line i should have reread the many of reviews of negativity

Just another grimey debt consolidation company
Parasites and nothing more They will ruin your credit to negotiate with your credit card companies and take a profit out of it Tired of these places crawling out of the woodwork on their slimy little knees and sending out mailings that look like official government mail or checks every time I use some of my available credit This practice should be illegal

Scam letter no opt-out
Sending predatory scam loan letters The letter says the only way to opt-out permanently is to call 1-888-567-8688 However calling results in them requesting your social security number to verify you If a person from the company is reading this I am personnally taking the time to report you on ftc gov on usa gov and to local officials If letters continue to arrive I will look into further means of reporting your company
