I had a Zappi tethered EV charger installed on my garage The installation engineer was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me He also installed whatever gadget is needed to work with solar panels even though I did not have them installed at the time of this installation He completed the job well and cleared up after himself leaving the place nice and tidy The unit itself is very easy to operate both by the LCD control panel and by the Myenergi app and now 7 months in has been reliable and never let me down I have seen EV chargers since at 30-40 cheaper but don t know if they are directly comparable with this unit Overall I am happy with the Zappi and the service from Smarter Utility

My EV charger was fitted on time The engineer explained how the installation would go He worked quickly tidily and efficiently He then showed me and told me how to use it

Straight forward

Smarter Utility were contracted by my energy supplier to fit my EV Charge point to my house I am really fussy regards neatness and was worried if they would manage to fit the unit to my suggestions so power cables would be hidden My concern was unfounded the unit was fitted exactly the way I had hoped for and is really neat and tidily fitted I have kept contact number for this company as I note they fit solar panel installations as well - so may use them again in the future Happy customer
