This company is a huge mess

This company is a huge mess The apartments are dirty and not safe There were homeless guys sleeping and doing drugs in the hallways Most of the guests couldn t find their room and some of them didn t even have a key The people on the phone don t even want to help It is a bad apartment with even worse service

Not sure if it is worth a review terrible service locked out in cold rain promised compensation NADA no reply to 3 emails We stayed at rue JOURDAN 59 Feb 5 to 13 room 102 Terrible stay totally ruined by you and not cheap You promised compensation nothing and no answer to 3 emails since our return Anyway I have already made a request for your compensation for all the inconvenience caused to the relevant departement And we are waiting for the feedback now Your patience and understanding is really appreciated

I would advise everybody to stay away from this place the apartment is absolutely abysmal if you walk in you would absolutely do a U Turn 1 When you walk in the first light you put on is flickering 2 The sofa portion of the sofa bed looks like a child built it I m sure a child can even do better Once you take off the poorly put together cushions you are faced with a sofa bed that refuses to come out if you have booked for more than 2 people then it absolutely pointless Going back to the cushions of the sofa it is covered in what I can only presume is obscene crusty dry liquid and that is me trying to not to be vulgar The inside frame if what you can see of the sofabed is disgusting it looks like it has missed a few cleaning sessions 3 Then you put on the main light and also has a flickering problem not great for anyone who may suffer from epileptic episodes 4 The kitchen utensils have been through a lot and has definitely not been washed properly and pots and pans that has seen better days 5 The walls throughtout the whole flat is marked with black and brown marks but this place is supposedly been cleaned the curtain has also got the same obsene marks on it the walls have what i can only assume as a fly battle in which the dying flies have been left in their resting place to welcome the new guests6 The bedroom the headboard is covered in not just 1 or 2 or 3 obsene marks but more than I can possibly count There is a lamp in here that is broken and marks all over the bedroom not to state that there is also no hangers in the wardrobe so how do you even try to make yourself comfortable if you can get past the other atrocities 7 My favourite of it all the pictures of the toilet from the other people who have left reviews are not lying the toilet seat alone looks like you can get some sort of disease from it then the toilet bowl i ve run out of words to describe how disgusting everything has been just take yourselves to the images the others have left The sink is blocked so that the water is going slow the poor soap in the corner looks so sad and has been through better days Not to speak one vaccum cleaner that is filled with dirt and the paint peeling off the wall We called to complain and the host has nothing short of rude Sy is due a lesson in customer service needs to work on her attitude to others She is a horrible horrible person who would be better fitted to work as a prison guard They have not helped and refused to get anyone in to help fix at least the sofa bed so we have had to result on someone sitting on the dining chair falling asleep on the wall If you have any respect for yourself or those you are booking please stay away from Smart flats as they have no integrity or moral code for basic human living This review is truly me sparing them

Smartflats us a purely profit oriented company with 0 service You pay 100 per night for a place without warm water and no one to fix it Customer support is atrocious and does not even think about offering any financial compensation To the owner you are exactly what s wrong with this world I hope you will kill yourself Really do it

Terrible robbery they ask 100 for early check in Even 5 start hotels doesn t do that They give you keys precisely at 4 even apartments were free day before All workers are not responsible for anything no answer on emails calls are useless receptionist speaks English very bad They doesn t answer on booking emails as well I m waiting more than 48 hours Please avoid these bastartds

The dirties and most unsafe place to stay in Brussels Upon entering the apartment we found out that almost everything was either damaged or completely broken Rooms were dirty the walls were covered in streaks the doors between the rooms were stuck The AC was not working Avoid at all costs textbook scammers
