Amazing work Great professionalism the team was very friendly and exactly on time The communication between the staff and I was remarkable very very helpful through the whole process I would definitely use it again and will surely recommend it

Way beyond expectations Helped clear our flat in 40 minutes and were very accommodating for awkward objects The guys had all brand new wrapping equipment and blankets etc so our furniture - which we were somewhat hesitant about because they are fragile antiques - was kept in perfect condition On arrival at our new property they were fast efficient and helpful in getting everything in and sorted Paula was really helpful in arranging everything and we would absolutely use Smart Move London again if we move house and we intend on using them to move items we have in storage

I am so glad we chose smart move Paula was in constant contact with us she was friendly and very professional She quickly answered all my emails phone calls and texts answering all my questions about the details of the costs The Removal men were very polite and helpful and pretty much repacked our stuff for us to make sure everything arrived safely

Good price for a great service the move went very smoothly In particular I really appreciated They provided boxes tape bubble wrap paper and delivered it to my place a few days before the move The quote was for the entire move not an hourly rate so no risk of being overcharged Content is insured They didn t try to push the pricier options on me and recommended a single mover Really reasonable price for the professionalism and quality of service provided Good service on the move day Nice person who was careful with my furniture and friendly All in all just positive feedback from me
