This really works We have black spots on the concrete and didn t clean it for 13 years So as you could imagine hard to get rid of 1 1 dilution didn t work but 2 1 water did I also left it on longer and kept the area wet if I thought it was drying out I could actually see a white spot shrinking before my eyes Crazy Very happy with smart seal Also make sure to wear old protective clothing as will stain clothes I got a few tiny splashes on black pants and it stained them
