There are three factors that I think every customer evaluates a storage facility on and Stafford Ranch Self Storage is 5 star in my book 1 Convenient location and hours 2 Competitive rates 3 Most important Genuinely nice staff Susan and Dillon could not be nicer or pleasant to work with

The staff at this self storage company are really helpful and very friendly I was in contact with Susan the resident manager and Dylan the assistant manager during the time I was deciding to rent a storage unit I was treated like a friend and shown 3 different sized units to compare before I chose which size I needed Nothing was too much trouble and it was very easy to complete all the paperwork too They both told me about the deals they had on certain units and how much each would cost for each size The units I saw were all very clean and swept out I was able to purchase a lock for my unit at a very reasonable price at the office If you want excellent customer service - please consider this place first I would give them 10 10
