Don t order from this website First of all they missed a book from my order I emailed about the missing book and never received a response from them Days later I randomly get the missing book only for it to not be the book I ordered No customer service whatsoever

Ordered a number of books of which one was missing I emailed twice with no response but was relieved to receive the missing book HOWEVER I have seen tonight I have been charged a second time plus postage for the book Not happy

Undelivered item
I ordered a book as part of a birthday present it s been nearly 2 weeks and I ve received nothing even though they said it has been dispatched but yodel say it s still with sender I have emailed them twice with no reply which is not acceptable I wont be using this company again and wont recommend it to anyone

Not a positive first impression
I ordered 4 books from their online store and 2 were damaged due to delivery because of the poor packaging I am not planning to buy more books from them anymore

BE WARNED This company uses Yodel for delivery Yodel failed to deliver it to me but say they did As they didn t they have no photo proof They told me to contact Smeikal who took a long time to get back to me before telling me bluntly that I HAD received it No proof but they start from the assumption I m trying it on For 8 36 REALLY

I have waited months to write a review
I have waited months to write a review in the hope my book would arrive I placed an order in the summer and received an empty sealed package- no book I contacted the shop who were very apologetic and said they would post it out the next day I have been told that three times now Still no book The owner is very pleasant with emails but I am wondering if they ever had the book I asked for Disappointed

I placed my order on 14th of September
I placed my order on 14th of September and today I received them It was a pack of 4 and I am very happy to have been able to buy them at the low price they advertised them at The confirmation for my order was prompt and I was notified when the delivery will be made Everything ran smoothly and I could not be happier Thank you
