Impression assistance

I needed guidance on how to get an adequate impression with my kit and Dr Arooj did a zoom call filled with calm clear directions and encouragement I really appreciated her approach and her instructions were extremely easy to follow So far communication in general has been very good indeed and my session with Dr Arooj was actively excellent I don t have my aligners yet because I ve just this afternoon taken my impressions so I cannot yet comment on that phase of the process but I m both excited and optimistic Thank you

They were very kind and pleasant to work with They worked step by step with me in an easy way to understand when doing the impressions When I had trouble with things they were patient and understanding Overall it was a stress-free meeting to get my impressions

Great value and successful results

My experience with Smilieie was a successful one The price would be the biggest reason I chose this aligner provider which is the lowest of the online aligner companies sometimes less than half the price of alternatives After creating my impressions I received 10 upper aligners and 15 lower along with 2 sets of retainers The process took about 8 months to complete with each aligner set being worn 2 weeks I had crowding with my lower teeth where a center tooth was tucked behind and overlapping my other teeth up front so there was significant movement required and I no longer have any overlap I didn t need to communicate with Smileie very often but when I did I got the help I needed I only had a prior experience with braces and an orthodontist so I can t compare my experience to other aligner providers

I had a great experience with smileie They really work with you and very responsive The retainers aligners I receive from smileie is definately very good quality and sturdy at the same time extremely comfortable to wear I have tried other company s retainer before and smileie is definitely much better quality and it looks great too

An amazing Zoom impression tutorial

I had the most amazing Zoom impression tutorial with Dr Arooj Sibtain She was very patient as we walked through 3 sets of completing the impressions that were cleared enough to send in to have my 3d scan developed I m on to the next step of mailing them in Thanks to Mr Brett Arndt for coordinating the zoom call and for his patience and caring nature

Dr Arooj is very helpful and personable She made the process go very smooth and communicated the plan clearly I have history with another online aligner company and I never could speak with a Dr directly I had issues and it was very frustrating Smileie is doing it right I love that I can speak directly to the Dr and work together on the treatment THANK YOU Dr Arooj and Smileie Rhonda

Dr Arooj was amazing so nice and so helpful I felt comfortable talking to her and she has excellent tips for getting the impressions done Sorry about the drool but it happens right

Dr Jawad was very helpful and friendly Not only was he informative about the entire process but also talked us step by step through the impression process I was apprehensive at first about using this system but he reassured us and now we re feeling confident Thanks again Dr Jawad
