Smiths saved the day after I had been let down by another firm

Having been let down twice by the same person in the space of 2 months to get my central heating boiler serviced I decided it was time to find a new company I called Smiths on Friday morning and had an appointment the following Wednesday with Tom He arrived and was very polite and very knowledgeable about our boiler He serviced the boiler and isolated the problem with an actuator valve that was not working and therefore not heating our hot water He had a spare on his vehicle so was able to fit it at the same time and sorted everything out in one visit He was also knowledgeable about new wireless remote thermostats and controllers and gave me some good advice I would definitely recommend Smith Heating Services if you want someone to actually turn up when they say they will be reasonably priced and know what they are doing I wish I had tried them sooner and i will be using them again Thank you

Superb customer service lady in the office was a pleasure to talk to Kai that came out to fix my boiler was lovely knowledgeable efficient and tidy No hidden extras and charged fairly
