TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED I ODERDED MY PIPE SINCE NOV 2021 UNTIL NOW IT S ALREADY SIX MONTH STILL HAVEN T RECEIVE MY ITEM Keep saying on the verifying process I m not applying immigration I just purchasing a pipe only What kind of investiage that they are doing I sent my last email to their on 1Mar and 9Mar 2022 No one reply my email

Extremely poor Customer Service

Extremely poor Customer Service I placed an order for a special limited edition pipe only to be told the next day that they had double sold the pipe and it went to someone else Of course by the time they told me this all of the similar pipes were gone and only the poorer quality less desirable pipes were left Compounding my disappointment and frustration it appears that this problem has been going on for at least a year but the company has not been able to deal with it I will never buy from them again

You paid the money but NO products shipped

I made an order in Jan 2023 I still have not received my order yet I have been waiting for 5 months Customer service just ignored it

Unpleasant and stressful experience

Unfortunately had very unpleasant experience with this company I ordered a gift for a client value 270 and paid separately for gift wrap so I can present it to the client right away When I received it the day before the birthday I was in shock gift wrapping was done very poorly I had to run in the middle of the rainstorm to buy a wrapping paper and find a person who was able to wrap it for me My mood was ruined since I was under a lot of pressure Three hours and 26 later I finally had the gift that I wasn t embarrassed to give When I contacted Andrea at the customer service she was willing to reimburse 4 that I paid originally but refuse to reimburse money that I had to spend last minute Unprofessional in my opinion

Avoid the eu franchise where possible Bought a Peterson Tyrone 69 pipe for shipping to the UK It arrived fresh out of the box scuffed and scratched on the bowl Sent it back immediately with me paying the postage and UK-IRL customs charges Weeks pass and several phone calls to a never-answered number later I get a call saying they won t send me a replacement unless I pay IRL-UK customs charges Flat refusal from them to make any concessions for their mistake no account credit no attempt at remediation and no acknowledgement of their responsibility Shockingly bad experience Avoid the eu franchise where possible

What an absolute CON My dad had to pay 115 customs etc to royal mail on top of the tobacco and postage DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My dad is 80 years old I hope you re happy conning an old man outtahis money

UK customer here they have massively gone downhill no deliveries and no refunds not even a credit refund I would just rather suck up and pay UK prices tbh
