From the time of the surveyor arrived I was certain my loft insulation was ok as house only 20yrs old but he showed on his meter that it was damp We accepted that the new insulation was needing done A date and time was set at that time suitable to us the two lads who did the work were really professional and chatty All work was done in a couple of hours ours was a large loft but the lad came down smiling in his suit and face mask A job well done

From the start when the surveyor came I was hesitant but what he showed me in the loft area where I don t go I knew then that I needed to go ahead with the insulation to achieve my goal of lower bills in the future the guys who showed up were very knowledgeable and done a very good job in all at the moment I am very happy how it all went from start to finish

A very efficient process

I had seen this product advertised a few years ago but it was only available in England I thought at the time it would make sense to have the work done so I did not need much convincing when the very pleasant surveyor came to inspect my loft The work was carried out very efficiently without causing any mess in the house or garden The rather noisy heater pump in the street is unavoidable It is too soon to say if there is a reduction in my heating bill but I am confident there will be I am very pleased that I have had this work done

This was a very efficient processThe professional who arrived to do the initial survey was very pleasant and convinced us of the state of the timbers in the loft by showing photos videos of moisture content data in our loft so that there was no doubt that the work had to be done The workmen arrived punctually and explained the whole foam injection process All floor protection was put in place and there was no mess Both my wife and I are delighted with the work done by Smarter Insulations the efficiency and professionalism of the installation team and the resultant heat retention We have no hesitation in recommending this work John Yarr

The fitters arrived on Sunday with all the required equipment and proceeded to do an excellent job No-fuss or drama they were polite friendly and couldn t be more helpful They did a good clean up before they left
