We used the Professional Snagging Company following recommendation from a family member We were equally thoroughly impressed with the process from start to finish and also reassured by the offer that we can still contact PSC for support and advice on our onward journey to have our many snags rectified The booking process was fast and efficient with excellent communications throughout The inspector Tony arrived on time explained the process and we were given the opportunity to discuss in our opinion the more serious snags we had already identified He was meticulous and methodical in his approach taking the time to answer our many questions An excellent detailed report with outstanding photographs was delivered within 48 hours considering our inspection was on a bank holiday this was even more impressive Together with the explanations advice guidance and the most comprehensive report provided by Tony we now feel confident presenting our issues to our building company The report will be used as our ongoing reference tool This company is Professional by name and professional by nature and we have no hesitation in recommending
