I could not be more pleased with my photo book and how quickly it arrived for my daughters wedding guest

I could not be more pleased with Snapfish My daughter took her Bridals shortly before the wedding and we wanted to make a guest sign in book with her bridals Having ordered from Shutterfly I made one with them and when I went to order it I was told even with rushed shipping they could not get it to me until 3 days past the wedding I was ordering on a Monday before the Saturday wedding I was very frustrated and decided to call Snapfish and talk to Customer service before I took the time to make a book They assured me I could get the book by Friday the day before the wedding if I paid rush delivery I made the book got a great discount code and paid the rush delivery and was pleasantly surprised to get the book by Thursday so one day sooner than expected The quality is fantastic My daughter is thrilled it will be a wonderful keepsake with all of well wishes between the beautiful pictures Very pleased with customer service and beautiful product

Happy with the site and support

To be honest I have not received any photos yet having just completed my first 100 photo deal and a free 5x7 gift for downloading the app I am leaving a review not on the photo quality obviously not having received them yet but the site was a dream to use I read these reviews and found nothing lacking in the app itself I could crop my photos anyway I wanted edit change them click and drag all of the filters Easy peasy I was charged for my free photo book so I contacted their support and it was handled in 2 minutes with a refund excluding shipping I requested a call back and they called back within a minute The followup email I received was a bit confusing so I went on the live chat because I was worried that it had been cancelled all together but they made sure that I would be receiving my order and that it was showing already in progress I cannot comment on the quality as of yet but happy with the system and support -Lisa in Savannah

I personally had absolutely fantastic service from Snapfish I was making a book for my Mother s 50th birthday and wanted both photographs and text and it was the perfect website to use I found the editing page really easy to use and the fact you could save and come back to it was really helpful I managed to get a 50 off discount code so that was a big save on the price as well Over all my book had over 100 pages so I knew it would take some time to make but it actually came a lot quicker than what I was expecting and when I got it wow is all I can say It was better than what I had wished for The pages were super high quality the photographs looked amazing and even the ones they had warned me were a little bad quality turned out incredible Overall an incredible service and I would definitely use snappish again

Always Satisfactory

I originally used snapfish as a place to store my photos safely online but I have had lots and lots of photo s printed from them and the quality is always very good and reasonably priced
