Snappy Snaps Hammersmith A few years ago I had wonderful support here putting together an order of service booklet for family bereavement I was so grateful for this help during a difficult time and have never forgotten the kindness shown I ve continued to be a customer with routine and tricky jobs always resolved Recently I had a problem opening MRI images due to incompatible software and though not part of the services offered the team tried to help As that proved unsuccessful team member Tush offered to bring in his own laptop from home the following day to synch with mine and transfer file It took a lot of work but he managed to do it He and the team refused any payment Can t find appropriate words to express my gratitude Such a kind and unexpected thing to do Very special people here

Snappy Snaps Hackney - Thank you Alison and Jazz
I popped into the Hackney branch of Snappy Snaps and discussed my print requirements firstly with Alison the manager and then with Jazz one of the assistats at christmas When I went to collect my prints on 30 12 23 my hii-gloss picture was quite large much larger that I had anticipated due to the amount of protective packaging As I was thinking about how to take the large box home Alson very kindly offered without hesitation to drop the print off to my home address at the end of her day To say I was appreciative and relieved would be an understatement That is what I call customer service and then some Many thanks Alison I found her whole team extremely friendly and professional and I will definitely be returning for my the future prints
