Do not order This site must be a scam It said the latest my order would ship is 6 16 It s almost 2 weeks Nobody is responding to emails regarding my order And it has not shipped

I placed an order for these jordan 1 low about over a month ago I payed for it and didn t receive any confirmation email I emailed them Dm them on twitter and IG and no one replied to me Later on I received an email from them saying I should be on a look out for a email with a tracking number That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven t received anything from them I emailed them and still no response I tried of waiting and I just want my refund Just trouble services I want my money back if I can t get my order I paid through Zelle such a mistake My order number is 1972

I ve ordered my shoes over two months ago and I ve emailed You guys have texted me and said when you get the shoes I would have to repurchase my size because my payment expired so where did my money go If I m not going to receive my shoes please just let me know You guys have informed me that I would be the first to get the shoes when you ve received them My tracking number is 1397 and when I go to my cart to see what I ve payed for it says error shoes sold out Cart updated that s letting me know that I basically paid money for nothing

Reached out via email twice for an update and no one has responded I placed my order on 10 10 20 still no updates on shipping On the website when I placed the order it stated that orders would ship between 10 10 20 and 10 25 20 Still no update or response from anyone Steer clear of this company If I receive a response or the shoes I ll update my review 11 2 - Update After 3-4 additional emails I finally received a response from someone last night Apparently there was an issue with Klana so the order needed to be canceled I am still awaiting my refund however I still would not shop with them as their response time is horrible
