The application is intuitive the importation is simple and it allows the use of custom assets which helps in the handling of portfolios with illiquid assets The support desk is very helpful and quick I had several issues that were solved in the same day

Amazing portfolio management tool with incredible customer service

I found Snowball after the previous portfolio management software I was using shut down I looked at a lot of different options and competitors and I m thrilled I chose to try Snowball first It is an amazing app that allows me to actively manage accounts for my entire family across a number of institutions looking at everything from comparative returns vs indices dividend growth and reinvestments to detailed metrics on performance And perhaps the best aspect about Snowball is their customer support it s tremendous They are incredibly fast to respond always very helpful and quick to offer suggestions and have even fixed bugs or made enhancements hours after I reported or requested them And that is on top of a very aggressive roadmap offering features functionality and value on a regular basis Overall I couldn t have been happier with Snowball so far and look forward to seeing all the new features and enhancements they launch the future
