A company that does not refund for purchased shoes After receiving your confirmation via email we sent the shoes with Bestel number 1588 back to you via DHL on 11 11 1014 and it seems to have reached you on 13 12 2024 Why didn t you make a refund even though it s been more than a month We expect you to review it immediately and get back to us We also sent an email today please respond immediately and refund our money Update Where have you been for 1 month You only wrote us an email after we commented here and on Instagram You should have refunded our money within 3 days after the shoes arrived That s what a good seller would do but you didn t

Unlucky experience
Bad and weird experience but hoping they resolve their issues Ordered shoes 25th July and was told they had them They then said supplier had shipping issues with labels Then they said they had the shoes with them packaged and were going to send to me Then again they said supplier still hasn t sent to them to ship out to me I even asked them to use a different courier and they said they would Over 2 weeks been waiting on refund now stating shopify had errors so they had to reprocess my refund again this week but still nothing Have asked for proof that refund been sent but jus replying back with its done which clearly hasn t been I can see others had same issue and we were the unlucky ones Update I can now see my order as cancelled on my side since 7th Sept and waiting on funds to arrive Update I ve now received money back It s a shame was really looking forward to the pair Now that s resolved update to 3 stars cuz they were responsive on ig
