Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Spoke to three different people about my travel insurance and they all gave me different answer to my quedtions not helpful at all The last person I spoke to was also very rude and should not work in customer service

Bad company Ordered shoes and when i send my shoes back i must pay 10 - extra to send it back So in total i payed 15 - for shoes i can t hold next to this i send a message through the contact format and didn t here anything on this issue

terrible bank
if you are not dutch good luck to you you will have a problem opening an account my German passport is not accepted as identification bc it doesn t have my bsn number printed on it My dutch drivers license has my bsn number on it but isn t accepted either what the hell do you want police statement and background check that s almost discriminating

Poor costumer service Phone consultants are rude and unhelpful It s hard to get information or help even in a serious situation when my debit card was missing and I was trying to get help Also in general they are not friendly to foreigners especially when asked about talking in English but even when speaking dutch they re not nice

SNS was founded in 1999 by Erik Fagerlind and Peter Jansson Poor customer services mate Your so-called company needs new vision Nasty experience If you re in the United Kingdom please don t support SNS in 2025 As consumers we need to hold companies accountable for how they treat us I purchased a pair of shoes from SNS and returning them has been a nightmare I had to generate a return label myself which cost me 2 85 to print When I went to the drop-off points the staff informed me that SNS had created the wrong label as it didn t include a waybill What a useless company I ve been calling them since Thursday on this number 46 73 903 72 27 but SNS hasn t been answering I now have to pay out of my own pocket 13 35 to return this ridiculous shoe because DHL won t accept the useless label SNS provided me We as consumers spend our hard-earned money to build retailers wealth and this is the treatment many of us receive in return complete RUBBISH 2025 ACCOUNTABILITY STOP BUYING SnS 2025USELESS COMPANY
