Haven t received them yet

I ordered 3 items and paid the delivery fee had them delivered to realise that one of them had an expired date The sticker wasn t in English I emailed them and they said its the best-before date that was over due already meaning I recieved something that is not fresh I wouldn t consume it they offered a refund on the product only I asked if I can order something but have it delivered free of charge as I already paid for the delivery fee but they rejected and asked me to order 4 more items to be eligible for a free delivery I didn t want 5 items to start with so how would they expect me to order 5 on top of the 2 I already received Its the 1st time I get an item delivered with an expired best before date they didn t even know what product had that date so probably they shipped heaps of it to other customers
