Disgraceful I ordered a soccer shirt on the 3rd June I then after a week was told it wouldn t be on time for my partner s birthday 21stSo I cancelled the order I ve still not had my refund Even though they had initiated it I emailed Then several times To find out they apologised saying refund hadn t gone through That was a week ago I emailed this morning got a reply back saying the refund is complete at their end I check my credit card statement I still have not recieved my refund I got another email back saying probably because if bank holidays What bank holidays Not in June Don t buy from this company You will not receive your shirt And if U cancel U won t get a refund

Jersey never arrived I m out the

I ordered a jersey paid for it and never received it I got a notice from Soccershopclub that it was shipped but when I track the package it says it s in mainland China I have emailed and called Soccershopclub multiple times and have received no response

There is no customer service at all There is no one to talk to or chat with No email response either However they email promotional stuff but nobody answers when it comes to returns or exchanges You are stuck with the item like it or not

SCAM I placed an order on July 25 2024 It is now August 27th 2024 and I still have not received the 2 jersey s I ordered I have emailed left messages and played their chat game with no response My order says a shipping label was created on August 2nd 2024 and is a waiting on sending to give to carrier DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

What kind of company has a return exchange policy only for up until 2-3 days after receiving the order Most companies give you 30 days Their customer service is awful via email and online chat Scam business making poor quality jerseys

This website is a complete scam the photos that they have online is not what is really depicted when the jersey is sent to you Their customer service does not exists and the exchange policy is also a fraud I will dispute my charge based on false advertisement from this compony Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM The jersey is 100 FAKE
