Disappointed and feel cheated
The smartwatch that I purchased was supposed to measure blood glucose level but the readings are erratic and makes no sense at all I want a refund for this item I plan on approaching Consumer Forum if you turn down the refund Also the product doesn t come with a detailed user manual in the absence of which various aspects of the functionality of the watch remains unknown The least that you can do is to put up a detailed video on YouTube
