Excellent for social coaching

Social shortcuts have helped me with feeling comfortable in new situations environments as I often felt self conscious with being able to contribute to conversations well enough and my lack of confidence was next to nothing I was helped by changing my outlook overthinking and coming out of my comfort zone I now feel more open and regularly practice what I ve learnt My anxiety is near enough gone and I m often the one to start conversations Excellent coaching
