The copier did not edit my stop loss and take profit which leaded to a loss of 40k instead of a win of 20k

Stay away at all costs if you are doing a prop challenge I used them twice so far and I should have learned from the bad experience which I had in the first place 1st time I used them I already noticed that their system is really slow When complained to the support I got the answer that that stack the executions so each command is added on top of each other which means that if you have an EA and a bigger sequence with 10 trades then it will stack each command on top of each other which can lead to very long execution times to close the entire sequence This is already bad so I had limited my EA to take less than 10 trades I now had 6 US30 trades open but this time their system screwed up badly because it took an astonishing 12 seconds to close six trades this then caused me to fail my challenge as these 12 seconds resulted in me exceeding my max daily drawdown because the price of course continue to move Their response was the following Sorry for delay In cases like this I need to check the terminal logs to see what happened on the terminal at that time Unfortunately I can t see any logs on your terminals This is due to us deploying a lot of new dedicated servers this week and typically new accounts will get moved from cloud to dedicated and the logs are lost on the move Commands should be executed in less than one second but I really can t give a clear reason for it They offered a refund for my 1 month subscription and paid it but of course not the 1000 for the 200k challenge as a gesture of goodwill we already offered you a refund on our service So stay away from them at all costs this is beyond bad and on top of the fact that they can t even check their own logs I have screenshots of the log files from my interface with them and all the email correspondence Next time I will just use FX Blue as they are free and better in so many ways

2023-07-13 by this hour the XAUUSD never reached 1962 50 level which was my SL My first acc did not reach the SL the other one by the app happened to reach the SL The consequence was that the price reversed so my first acc got the profit the other one was done by the SL

HORRIBLE QUALITY OF PRODUCT

Everytime I use them my trades end up being late by 10-15 pips It s crazy I tested a few other demo account just to confirm it wasn t the broker but it was social trader

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life Generally I hardly leave any negative review for any business as myself am a business owner in London and I know how terrible it is when someone leaves a negative review for your business So I understand this and even if I am not happy with someone s customer service I still just ignore it But this time I have been compelled to submit this review as this is the worst customer service I have ever received from anyone in my life Everyday on all the slave accounts trades are automatically opened and then closed with loss I reported this plenty of times At first they would never acknowledge that there was an issue They would say the trades are copied from the master account I told them that not a single trade on my master account has been opened and closed then how are all these trades being opened and closed every day I was then told that there was a bug and they were trying to fix it Asked them 100 times if it was fixed they said they are very busy and it is not easy to fix it so soon Now recently I encountered an issue from my debit card due to overseas card transactions and my subscription payment was declined I told them I would sort it out on Tuesday 18 July but they still cancelled my subscription thus incurring me over 4000 loss I got extremely angry and will NEVER EVER use them again And I would highly recommend to everyone to stay away from them as you would never get any help from these guys

Stay away for heaven s sake Please stay away from this crap of a platform Their copier is worst than worst out there It does not copy your trades And worst of all it does not copy your stoplosses across all your accounts It did not copy my stoploss to one of my accounts and I ended up losing hundreds of dollars Please do not spend your hard-earned money on their junk software Do yourself a favor find a more reliable copier
