One of the two worse places I have dealt with No notification of shipment no replies to numerous inquiries and NO PRODUCT was ever received They are quick to post payment and from that point on you might as well go barefoot All inept business practices cannot be blamed on Covid Caveat Emptor - avoid the frustration

Absolutely terrible company and no service

Every single review here mirrors my experience- just awful Please do not order from this company Sockz is horrible if it is indeed a company with non-existent customer service My shoes were allegedly packed for shipping the day after my order Since then- crickets No response to emails though I get a hundred emails a day from them promoting products No working phone number I tried to support a small business by ordering from Sockz I will stick to Amazon from now on

I order 3 different styles of socks

I order 3 different styles of compression socks and received 2 totally different styles When I called the number to resolve the problem the phone number was not in service and emails went unanswered But they continue to send me advertisements to buy more socks I don t believe that they were from Ontario Canada they also charged my credit card 2-3 months before I received my order Only used them for three orders but I feel so ripped off

NOT a U S Company

Website advertises as a company from Buffalo NY shipping from U S and that is a LIE I paid for expedited shipping and when I called the 800-number to inquire how soon my order would process and ship found the number was disconnected I immediately emailed them and canceled the order Received a robo response they d get back to me in 24-48 hrs which didn t happen Then I get a shipping notification saying my order was shipping from HONG KONG and the tracking link is in Asian I again emailed them and got the same robo response FALSE ADVERTISING-STEER CLEAR

This company is a scam

This company is a scam The Better Business Bureau should shut them down They take your money then never hear anything about your order No customer service no email returns no way of getting a refund Beware shoppers Do not order from the Sockz website My debit purchase had to be approved as a Canada order but the best I can find out it is out of China

Ordered heated socks They arrived promptly They were child size not adult Emailed repeatedly for a return information No response Called website provide number Disconnected Lesson learned Do not order from companies advertised on Facebook

Same as the other reviews Ordered 2 months ago daily emails trying to sell more Never received the order No response to emails Stay away - not worth the risk in my opinion There must be other companies that sell 100 cotton socks

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Back in 2022 I placed an order with Sockz and after a few weeks I finally received the order Now in 2023 my latest order experience has been HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I received an email to say that the order had shipped on 24 April 2023 Today is 19 JUNE 2023 I have still NOT received my order I have sent multiple requests through the only available point of contact info at sockz com Always received an automated response through Zendesk We ll get back to you in 1 - 2 days I have NEVER had any response regarding the non-receipt of my order This vendor is completely untrustworthy Avoid at all costs
