They locked my created quizzes

I have been a socrative user for 8-9 years I have built up lots of quizzes They recently tripled their asking price and locked all my quizzes that I made surely there is a copyright issue here Their asking price is ridiculous now It was around 79 but now for the same features you have to pay 199 The lower version is not enough rooms 5 for Essentials 30 for pro Loved socrative before moving to one of the alternatives now try classtime Absolutely appalled that they locked my quizzes Free version is now pointless too They seem not to care about the older customers I will be following up the quizzes copyright issue UPDATED I followed it up with them they own everything you make on socrative and its buried in the terms and conditions So my 8 years of quizzes are now gone to Socrative Avoid

Loyalty is punished - avoid

I have built up a large bank of resources over many years Unfortunately in the space of one academic year the pricing structure has changed so drastically that I cannot afford the resource I based my budget submission over 6 months ago on the price I paid last year plus a buffer for inflation the Pro subscription has gone up from 62 99 to 199 99 and even the new essentials subscription is 119 99 - still almost a 50 increase in the budget I have been allocated for this resource - no way could I have budgeted for such a high increase And without paying to upgrade I am now locked out of my bank of quizzes after being a customer for over 10 years Very poor service

I ve been using Socrative for many years now As an 8th grade science teacher I have used it for everything from my sponge activities to quizzes tests and my students fav the Space Race As of today I have launched 2799 assignments through the years and found it to be a pretty solid platform with predictable and fixable issues Thanks
