Would give 0 starts if I could They do not respond to emails and the phone line does not go through therefore you are limited on how you can communicate with this company if at all The return refunds process on the site is inconsistent and they have implemented a blocker on the page to prevent you from screencapturing this information This can only be the methods of a business which intends to run in a bogus manner I don t usually leave reviews but more people need to be made aware of how this company runs They appear to be doing well so the owner needs to consider hiring more staff or replacing the current Acknowledging clothing returns and processing refunds should be a priority for any business Customers should not be chasing any business for a resolution

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchase their popular silver dress on January 13th 2023 for 168 83 CAD I STILL have not received the dress to this day I ve sent out emails dm on their Instagram as well as comments under their posts about how they keep promoting their brand when existing customers still do not have items they ve purchased Also inquired about a refund as I no longer what the dress that still hasn t been shipped and of course they didn t not respond to that email Horrible company don t waste your hard earned money on them just wait till Shein PLT comes out with dupes

Red flag when they offer no Refunds AVOID

When a brand has a store credit as opposed to refund policy it speaks VOLUMES about their quality - so take that as it is especially as an online brand where you can t try on clothes for fit before Absurd There clothes don t fit my chest but somehow I m supposed to swap for other clothes that don t fit my chest Can assure their clothes aren t worth it save your money and buy elsewhere

Avoid at all costs

Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding but both were unsuitable so I sent them back within the 14 day period By law anything bought online that is unsuitable can be cancelled or returned if the retailer is notified within the 14 day cooling off period The items must the be returned within a 14 day window from the date of notification This retailer takes absolutely no notice of this rule and claim to only offer store credit however I haven t received this either And it is one month since I returned the items Customer service do not reply to emails and I have ended up having to report to Trading Standards and claim the money back from my credit card provider Avoid like the plague

CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NON EXISTENT

By far the worst brand I have ever had the disadvantage to buy from Currently undergoing legal action with Trading standard and Citizen advice for the violation of my Consumer Rights - The will not admit fault and they will take your money and run Disgusting brand with disgusting customer service Despite agreeing to a credit note for non faulty items - the faulty items were refused a refund CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NON EXISTENT WHEN YOU BUY FROM HERE There are far better brands out there that we can support and grow SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Never order from this site I returned one of my items and after 2 weeks with no update I sent an email and a dm on instagram only to be told that they will not be processing my refund store credit due to a stain present This is an absolute lie as I did not even wear the top These scumbags probably make more money and profit by taking customer s returned items and not giving them a refund store credit just so that they can re sell the item and make even more money This seems like the type of company that only caters and gives special treatment to influencers and celebrities SHAME ON YOU
