My delivery was quick and the items I ordered were cheaper than the local supplier I can easily return empty gas bottles

I was concerned about an apparent delay in delivery as it was not as fast as previously I spoke to Michel who was very attentive and sympathetic He quickly tracked the state of my order which was with Yodel and out for delivery It was delivered about 90minutrs after our conversation Michel was very helpful and reassuring Many thanks

Cannot fault the customer service

Cannot fault the customer service I ordered wrong canisters in error I contacted customer services and the have sent the new ones out straight away and sent a return labels for the incorrect ones All this in the space of 1 day

Moe was amazing

Moe was amazing Swift polite and professional- he resolved my returns issue without making me feel stupid even though it was my fault Such service is rare these days- SodaStream take not - Moe is a keeper X

SodaStream has a great team of people working with them I ve always received really good phone support and Michel most recently was no exception He had answers and clarifications to solve everything

Fabulous customer support from Michel and his colleagues with my problem with my in warranty SodaStream Initial email contact was answered within 24 hours Two phone calls later and good use of video camera technology I have a spare canister on its way to me to test the Sodastream again with the promise if that doesn t work a replacement machine will be sent For a company that sells a relatively low-cost item this is excellent customer service and companies selling bigger and more expensive items should take note - this is how you do customer service
