I turned to this company after waiting

I turned to this company after waiting 7 weeks for the exact same sofa bed from another company and then being let down Within 2 weeks I had a great quality sofa bed delivered for free far up north aswell into my lounge I have slept on it myself it does need a memory foam mattress topper but is great quality

Brilliant sofa bed and great service

Like another reviewer I chose soda bed expert as I read a negative review of another company selling the same products - by different names I was worried about the other company because of longer delivery times and their prices were very steep There was a huge price difference 600 for the same sofa and sofa bed expert offered a wider range of fabrics and options too I chose the pet friendly fabric in a beautiful sea blue green I wanted the king size as my husband is tall and needed the extra length but was 4 cm off space wise and so they offered smaller arms - great All communications were responded to so promptly and I couldn t fault the customer service or the super courteous and very helpful delivery team They offered to unwrap and put the sofa together - you don t really need this as the parts fit together so easily The sofa came beautifully wrapped and was ready for delivery within 3 weeks It s a firm seat but still cosy when you add some cushions Lots of under-seat storage The mechanism is super easy to convert into a bed and back again - there is no heaviness of clunky metal I ve not slept on it yet but so far I m very impressed

We ordered an in-stock sofa online on a Saturday at 8pm Fast forward to Sunday at 10 30am and the sofa is here assembled Unbelievably good service and so much better than the terrible experience we had with Nabru previously Thank you

Fabulous purchase amazing business

Mocca Kingsize corner sofa bed with storage I am so happy with my purchase I chose the pet friendly fabric in bottle green It has a beautiful suede effect fabric I asked that the arms be wider to give me extra storage and this was no trouble at all for them to do this The delivery guys were first class I was amazed that this company will accept cash on delivery What an amazing option I chose this and the transaction went through smoothly with the delivery guys They put the sofa together in no time at all and would not leave until they were satisfied that I knew how to transform it into a bed Greg back at HQ always promptly answered any queries I had Delivery date was bang on what was promised This is a smashing business and I would highly recommend them Thank you so much Greg and staff

U shape Mocca sofa in gousto 016

We purchased the U shape Mocca sofa bed What a great sofa It is huge and super comfortable We love the colour and the feel of the fabric Its customer care is also superb We did extensive research in several websites we requested swatches and called Greg several times till we decided to go to the showroom in Bognor Regis all the way from Oxford It was worth it We ordered the sofa then and there and 2 weeks later we had it installed at home they even took our old sofa back We are really happy

Bought another sofabed from this brilliant company having bought one just 2 weeks ago as was so impressed with the quality and service Our second sofabed was again made bespoke ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and arrived the following Sunday having explained that we needed ASAP Incredible Fits perfectly

Great communication excellent service and a lovely sofa bed at a good price We were looking for a corner sofa bed that could turn into a King Size and found sofa bed expert after a bit of online searching for suitable options From the moment we ordered sample fabrics we were impressed by the service and communication from this company They sent the fabric samples out very quickly and included envelopes to return them in - such a good idea to re-use sample packs like this When we had a query about a certain fabric we reached out to the online chat function on the website and had an immediate and very helpful reply to help us to choose a fabric The price was already competitive but we also benefited from a sale reduction plus a free footstool in the same fabric We also asked some questions to help us decide between the normal and the mini version and were told the sofa could be adapted so that it had the seating and sleeping dimensions of the normal version but the arm width of the mini version to make the overall size a little smaller in our space We placed the order and the sofa was ready for delivery just over a week later Delivery was organised in a way to suit us - an evening delivery was arranged so no need to book a day off work or wait around for hours on end Communication was prompt and helpful Delivery and assembly was friendly and efficient The sofa itself is very comfortable both as a sofa and a bed - we are very happy with it After delivery we realised that the footstool we ordered was too big for the space and reached out again via the online chat Gregg was so very accommodating and helpful and has arranged to switch this for the smaller version Overall an amazing experience such excellent customer service highly recommended
