Avoid avoid avoidPaid a deposit and was promised a sofa to be delivered on 2nd June delivery was then bought forward to 1st June between 5 and 9 No sign of sofa was then told 10 30 and when I said that s too late was sworn at and I have screen shots of this They now have my money and I have no sofa so will have to contact bank or police to get my money back Fraudsters

Avoid and do not trust Sofa Empire also known as sofa world LTD I paid extra for bolster cushions and they wasn t delivered along with my sofa I was told they would be posted next day so asked them three days later for the tracking number to be blocked by them

Overall I do not recommend this company Whilst they may offer fast delivery the quality of their sofa s are terrible They come misaligned and take months to try and rectify They are very slow are responding and fail to address the issues They have sent a replacement part but still has issues due to the poor manufacturing quality control Once they leave all of their rubbish behind in the middle of the driveway Avoid at all costs I have now commenced legal action to recover my money

This is a review for sofa empire ltd on Facebook I bought my second sofa from them 3 months ago There was an issue with the ordering of material so delivery was delayed which was fine I got my sofa and was happy with it until I noticed the foot was broken so contacted them and they sent another one out 3 months down the line my sofa is an absolute mess The material they have used is NOT chenille it has went all furry and bobbly it s ripped in the corner and has no fire safety labels on it I contacted them on Facebook asking if someone could contact me regarding this and if there is a warranty on the sofas and I ve been blocked I have no way to contact them now so have no choice but to go to trading standards Found it a bit suspicious that they took photos of my drivers licence when they delivered the sofa also I bought this on finance they have got their money and this is why they have now blocked me The sofa should not be fraying like this after 3 months If I don t get contacted within 7 days I am going to trading standards to get them to sort this out My advice to anyone is to stay away from them If anything goes wrong you will not get a reply only blocked from them Disgusting way to treat customers

Amazing from start to finish I was kept well updated about my order and the customer service is very good It s great to see they make everything in UK Leeds gave me such peace of mind seeing Overall I would go as far as saying the best service and best product and the price is very competitive
