Avoid at all costs took ages to supply the code so I emailed them stating I want to cancel and bought elsewhere Replied after I contacted them 4 times and refused the refund

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
I say artists they re not even smart enough to do it with style I BOUGHT a pre loaded internal hard drive for my MacBook Pro It was supposed to have Mac OS sierra but when I installed the hard drive it immediately said not compatible can t read the drive FUMING MAD it cost me 6 90 to return it I made sure and have screen shots of it saying it was compatible with my model of MacBook I m more mad with myself for not reading the atrocious reviews BUT NOW BEWARE AS THEYVE CHANGED THE NAME OD THEIR WEBISTE Dreadful cretins I mean why s it like roulette ordering of the internet these days If this was a bricks and mortar shop they would have been done for fraud by now Pay no attention to the good reviews they have been solicited by family and friends and I m guessing these people have many uncles and so on and god awful family if you get what I m trying to say

DVD install disk didn t work I bought from them So bought USB stick Didn t work either Refund was offered but never came after much time and many reminders Suggest you order from Amazon and if it doesn t work you can always send back

Placed an order got someone else s order delivered Contacted them and they again sent me incorrect items Items have been sent back With no faith in their competence to refund me I initiated a chargeback against them for my money to be returned Recently had an email saying they re trying to take me to court now Avoid them like the plague

Elaborate scam
Got sent scratched disks cannot install windows on my fresh hard drive they probably reuse disks WARN EVERYBODY you know who is in need of what this company sells I dont want others waiting a week for something that doesnt work They are on amazon too Thanks for reading

Scam - don t use them
Ordered a Windows 10 licence key which didn t work The error message said it was already in use by another user They refused to refund my money I was asked by them for a review Marked it as 1 and pointed out it was a scam Guess what it doesn t appear in fact no bad reviews are shown Don t even consider ordering anything from this company

Dragon Home Naturally SpeakingBought this software and the download did not work Waited for the backup disk which was not first generation and that did not work either Emailed three times and have only received one meaningless reply Asked for money back do not expect to hear from them Website is very unhelpful My advice is do not buy anything from them

Absolute SCAMMERS
Absolute SCAM I ordered a Windows 10 Repair USB A blank USB arrived with no markings as shown in their marketing material to indicate that the item is a repair USB Worse still the USB didn t work it appears as though there isn t anything downloaded on the USB it s BLANK I have emailed then three times with no reply I ve phoned them they don t answer the phone and their mailbox is full Their service is absolutely appalling steer well clear of this company the are SCAM artists and will just take your money without supplying you with the item described

Poor Performance Company
Ordered and paid for a Windows XP repair disc Nothing received after a couple of weeks Following emails eventually received an installation disc - not as ordered And the wrong disc was also cracked hence of no use for any purpose More emails A correct disc was to be sent Despite more email reminders no response from SoftwareRepair World at all and no replacement Despite the amount being small this company is getting paid for not issuing a product My suggestion being do not use this Company at all
