Absolutely Shocking company Avoid

This must be the most unhelpful unprofessional and biggest scam clothing company on the Internet I ordered an item men s coat which took over 2 weeks to arrive little did I know this company is based in Holland and not the UK as they make it seem Once the item finally arrived it was the most poor quality material and not anything like the photos as advertised I decided to return the item and this really is where the bigger issue started I followed the return instructions shown on their website which cost more than a usual return due to the Holland location This was tracked and signed for This company then went on to say they did not receive the item as the address I used was incorrect and could no longer help me and a refund would not be issued This address is clearly shown on their website This is clearly set up like this to catch people out Now complete radio silence with all my attempts to contact them ignored Now I have no item and no refund Absolutely Shocking Avoid this company
