Avoid this store go for gossens or westwing

We placed a huge order of thousands of euros with Sohome on 21st of April and we never received our order Every day we call customer care to check when will the order ship they lie and say oh tonight definitely We wait and then nothing Everyday the same story Still no answer or shipping They continue to lie and buy time The order was of almost 4000 euros along with all the time and effort on back and forth with the company The money and time is lost - best to avoid this company altogether

Very bad experience

Very bad experience They never sent any notice about delays in delivery When I wrote to them to see what was going on they finally confirmed that there was an issue with order to the brand I had to cancel one of my orders as I already waited more than two weeks at that point Don t trust their estimate delivery date

No reaction for missing parts

We ordered a cough that was delivered without the legs screws and other spare parts So we called them 5 days ago and send the pictures They are just saying as soon as possible When We will not buy any other things

Disappointed with Sohome s Service and Warranty Process

I purchased a couch from Sohome that started unraveling within the warranty period Over two months ago I reported the issue but the experience since then has been extremely frustrating Despite repeated follow-ups I have been passed back and forth without clear answers about when or even if the replacement will happen The lack of transparency and consistent communication has been disappointing At times it has felt as though the company is intentionally avoiding addressing my concerns As a customer this has severely eroded my confidence in Sohome s ability to stand by their products and honor their warranties

Looks beautiful quality not that good

I got a Table from SoHome It s beautiful looks sturdy however the coating is very bad It s been a year I have the table After the contact with a tape when I lifted it the coating of the table stayed on the tape a normal tape so disappointing for such an expensive table

Problem with Chairs

We bought table chairs and a wall watch Table and watch were supplied in a good condition but for the chairs we had problems The inserts in the legs of the chairs were not glued sufficiently and during assembly they got off We contacted with Sohome and they replied quickly and they said they will come back with a solution quickly We are waiting

Good quality bad packaging

The products are nice and they have good qualities However the delivery or packaging is not that great I have ordered two times from them and my orders were almost 1 year apart from each other and in both times they have forgotten to pack some crucial things of my order First times they did not pack the connector of the chair which connects the seater part of the chair with its back leaner part And this time they forgot to pack screws for my order The customer service sounds good an apologetic however of course it would take few more days to receive the missing parts of your order

Hanging lamps

I ordered a suspended lamp for my dinning table and very pleased with it Very easy to place the order I had to use the translate option to view everything in English but it worked okay The reason for one star less is concerning the delivery information After I placed the order I received no tracking details regarding the expected delivery date and had to follow up with your customer service team who responded in a timely manner and I received the lamp the following day so all good

The coat-hanger kapstok looked of good quality and of course simple to put up so we think but the plugs for the wall are too small for the big screws the big screws are too tight for the plugs and halfway will start turning the plugs in the wall Had to go to gamma to get 8 plugs and screws and then it worked perfectly
