First the bad then the good

I first have two agents that were supposed to help me with updating my loan forgiveness packet The first agent I believe was David and he just stopped answering my emails I then had Tyler who promised me I was in good hands and then he too stopped answering my emails and didn t get back to me My packet was about to expire where Fed Loan was about to start taking money out of my bank account Then there was my savior Claudia Dodd She then answered the phone and became my agent She was fantastic She was so on it with the emails and always responded promptly Her attitude was amazing and so positive I love her and I can t thank her enough for her diligent work effort If it wasn t for her my packet wouldn t have went through I really hope she stays with this company because I don t want any other agent
