Excellent door Excellent customer service
Had a new Solidor fitted this week - Conway door in Twilight Grey - excellent product and the door looks fantastic had a slight problem with the lock being tight and the key difficult to remove from the lock but have resolved this by using the recommended Ultion graphite lubricant customer service -Grace- excellent as I wanted to match the colour of my garage door to my new door my query was dealt with by Grace on the same day

Plastic edges for exterior door baffle
I noticed that one of my front door plastic edges for the exterior baffle had broken I reached out to Solidor and Sebastian rang me back and arranged to send me some replacement edges These arrived promptly and fitted snuggly in the baffle Excellent service

Failed pewter handle
Had an issue whereby the pewter door handle had failed Contacted my supplier who were dismissive and didn t want to know as it was just out of the 1 year warranty period Decided to contact Solidor directly speaking to Sebastian who apologised and sent replacement handles FOC directly to me Disappointed that the handle failed so quickly however Sebastian and Solidor took ownership and dealt with the matter promptly

Customer Services were fantastic and helpful
I was surprised to read a review that called the company a joke etc I can only say they have been great in my recent contact with them I have one of their composite doors and it s fab It s 10 years old and still looks an operates like its new They really only deal with the trade - and i m not trade - just someone who has one of their doors But they have helped me throughout to source a part I need to upgrade front door They didn t have to be so helpful - but they were - so well done to them Thank you to Mauro sorry - didn t get your surname and Sabastian Stachowiak in customer services
