Wow what a fantastic service My laptop suddenly stopped working when in the middle of completing and important assignment I called another local company first who said by what I described it seems like a motherboard failure and it would be 3 days before they could look at my laptop After speaking to Solid Rock IT an engineer arrived at my house within 90mins and resolved my computer problems within an 1 hour plus there rates were very competitive Mark was professional knowledgeable and really friendly I would recommend his service to anyone needing computer support In future if I occur any other problems Solid Rock IT will be the only company I will call Definitely use this service
