I bought Minerva worktops from Solid Surface Kitchens Direct because they were very competitive on price The website was easy to use for ordering and they are contactable by phone for any queries I rang the day before and was given a 2 hour delivery slot but I was slightly worried that they insisted in the paperwork that 3 strong able bodied people must be supplied to move it into the house and I only had 2 I needn t have worried because the worktops were manoeuvred on a set of wheels and there was also another delivery man to help The worktop is being fitted as I write this and I am very pleased with the look of it Despite the many bad reviews about it staining and scratching I acquired a spare piece of it to test and decided that it was fine for my lifestyle

Fantastic customer support as I accidentally over ordered edging strips without realising they phoned me to check if my order was correct and refunded me the excess The delivery driver called ahead to give me an accurate time too

The order process was great followed up with good communication and delivery info What stood out was the delivery driver despite having problems with the load went out of his way to ensure we had the goods on time it was excellent customer service and he kept me informed of the arrival time Nothing was too much trouble and he even carried the panels up to the garage due me having mobility problems I would certainly recommend SSKD as a supplier

Seen what type of work surface I required for kitchen island on there web- site Spoke to one of the sales team and placed order and paid They let me know very shortly after placing order that my work surface had been moved to production Then just after that I got a delivery date and driver turned up at my property on date and time I was given So would recommend them to friends and will use them again in future
