The parcel was obviously damaged and looked as if itHad been opened before The item was missing a chunk of plastic which was not inside the box so it must have been despatched broken They were very quick answering my complaint and have said that they will refund my payment

Excellent customer service I ordered some solar lights for a BBQ shack we built in the garden The product wasnt going to be ready for a few weeks so they dropped 5 off the price They were very quick to reply to messages too Quality of the products was very good I will definitely be using this company again
