Make sure you buy with a Credit Card - that s the ONLY way I got my money back after returning it and not recieving a full refund I sent over 30 unanswered emails and left 10 voicemails - all of which I had to send to CHASE BANK as evidence when the company disputed my chargeback What a POOR company as of Sept 2023 - BEWARE - you will wait FOREVER to get your product - it won t work like you want it to - then you will try to get a refund - they will ghost you and not reply to any emails Then when you take matters into your own hands - they try to fight you HORRIBLE experience For those of you who have had a good experience and got a properly functioning product - LUCKY YOU I started this relationship in April 2023 and it s now Aug 26 2023 and I wish I wouldn t have to wake up to SOLOSHOT contesting my chargeback this morning This company is the BIGGEST headache DO NOT GET INVOLVED Wait until they have a better product or can pay for more employees to work the phones email customer support ITS NOT WORTH IT 0 100ok 1 100 for being human but THATS AS HIGH AS ILL GO

My camera won t record to the memory
My camera won t record to the memory card I contacted Soloshot and no one from technical support could help me They told me to ship it to them but since I live in San Diego I was able to drop it off I did so in August They tried to figure out what was going on with it then went radio scielent on me I haven t heard anything from them since 8 18 23 I have emailed and sent multiple attempts ways both responding to their last email as well as the contact technical support on their website They don t have a phone number to call Super sketchy company and I am regretting getting this camera Save yourself the trouble and find a different option

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY As soon as they have your money they will ignore you It s now a year since I paid to have my Soloshot upgraded to the new version MONTHS after I sent it I d heard nothing Then one email saying it hadn t been done because they were so busy and would let me know when it was ready Eventually SIX MONTHS after I d paid my money I received the package only to find they d sent me a broken unit Many emails and phone calls later no-one EVER answers their phone and they rarely reply to customer support emails if they already have your money and they finally sent me a replacement It was faulty When I first bought the Soloshot it took months to get it to work properly It was so clunky That s why when they released the upgrade I paid the extra 600 It s now a YEAR since I paid for the upgrade and I still don t have a properly functioning unit Make sure you read around on this company - there is a Facebook Page run by customers not Soloshot who is not interested in customers to help people who are having problems The stories on there abound They ve stopped selling through Amazon so you can t leave reviews there You can t post on their Facebook Page which hasn t been posted on by them for years and you can t leave Google reviews for them They do everything they can to make sure their customers views are hidden from the public Soloshot are essentially thieves - they take your money but don t give you what you paid for And they are also liars I was told they couldn t send me a replacement unit because they didn t have any left in stock The following week I received a marketing email saying they had the units in stock ready to ship I have since sent SOOO many emails and messages trying to get them to send me a properly functioning unit and they just never reply I am in Australia so I can t appeal to any kind of consumer protection authority if there is one in the US Next time I go to the US I plan to turn up on their doorstep and confront them The only advice I would give about Soloshot is save yourself thousands of dollars and mountains of headaches and DON T BUY FROM THEM

Soloshot Company is a joke Stay away
Ordered a camera it wouldn t work for what we needed it for returned it within a couple weeks This was 3 months ago and still have not seen a refund Trying to get in contact with them is a total joke and they do not return calls emails 2000 dollar camera don t have the camera anymore and no refund have now contacted an attorney and sent over all documentation What a joke stay away from this company

Someone help this guys running their company
Excellent idea bad product and terrible customer service I am still waiting for a reply or a refund for an armband I never received The camera barely works anyway I get footage of the first 10 minutes and the rest it s just empty files and 3 out of 4 times the camera films 10 yards away of me

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company They are liars and thieves All the complaints from so many other customers they ripped off are all accurate with my multiple experiences with them too Two separate products broke down twice and they do NOT respond to any emails or voicemails asking for assistance They couldn t be bothered I really do believe they are professional scammers Do not purchase anything from this company you will regret it if you do

Look at the other reviews and BBB Ordered a camera 2 22 24 filed a chargeback with my bank 6 13 they sent me a broken camera 6 20 Finally got a return label and sent it back 7 21 It s 10 17 and I still have not been refunded

hi guys this is a professional scam buyer be aware we sent our previous model that was well looked after back to upgrade to the new model they responded with photos of camera that was totally damaged and said they will offer us 200 off the next model total scam the same thing was happening with other people that is how they get you absolute zero contact after that no reply sno other means to contact anyone there site address are a scam as well
