As a business owner with customers to appease I am disappointed in this merchant I found Solvent Traps Direct through google and this was my very first order Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded This doesn t count the shipping I ve already paid The rep countered 110 below what I asked for Why He didn t want to make this right Therefore I decided to return items no matter how much it will cost me because it s not about money at this point It s now about principle Learn to do good business and you will prosper I will be submitting my review on other social media platforms You rated our customer service as bad
