9th order with Son of a Tailor I order pretty much every 6 months since 2019 and have always been thrilled with the quality and the customer service I recommend it to anyone I know My measurements changed a fair bit in those last years but SoT always remade new T-shirts when I felt the fit wasn t the best anymore

I asked for a slight re-sizing of a sweater and the service was exceptionally good I have purchased numerous wool and cotton tees and heavy and light sweaters from Son of a Tailor over several years Their products are top quality and fit me perfectly They last after washing and are well worth the money This is a very ethical great Company one that I will continue using

Great fit great quality great customer service

High quality clothes with a great fit and fantastic customer service I ordered five items as my first order and they made one tee shirt first to ensure the size was correct It ended up being too big but amazingly just with the aid of three photos customer services adjusted the sizing accordingly with the replacement being a perfect fit The remaining four items were then produced an shipped This included a hoodie which shows their sizing transfers across their products I m extremely happy as I have a weird body shape so pretty much impossible to find anything with a reasonable fit from the high street

I received my first order and noticed the sizing was a bit off and reached out to customer service Arna was very prompt to respond and helped to assess my ideal fit She sent another test run to see if the new fit worked and also allowed me to update the colour Awesome customer service all around would definitely purchase from here again just based on the experience alone But the quality and feel of the tshirt was very nice too

We ve been customers since 2019 and we re still thrilled Even more than at the beginning Son of a Tailor continues to improve the quality of the tailor-made shirts and the service is top If the measurements aren t right a very nice team will help and you ll get a fitted shirt without hesitation We haven t seen this to service and quality in any other Company The fabric quality is also very good and the workmanship is top The shirts do not warp when washed and you can enjoy them for a very very long time Keep it up Son of a Tailor Team -

First time order and first time fit

My first t-shirt from Son of a Tailor Ordering was easy and I compared the calculated numbers from the company algorithm with one of my other favourite t-shirts and they matched To be honest I was a bit surprised that the algorithm actually worked with just 4 numbers 7 days later I got the t-shirt by GLS It turned out to be a perfect fit and my girlfriend liked it as well Impressive - both thumbs up from me

High quality products that look and fit great Their customer service and perfect fit guarantee is 100 on point I was dubious of their algorithm when I ordered my first pair of shirts and - not surprisingly - they did not fit great when I received my first box But I went online followed their instructions and had a fantastic experience working one-on-one with their tailors to make adjustments as needed I was stunned at their friendliness and professionalism My second try shirts fit perfectly I have worn then twice and have received compliments and inquiries both times I have already referred Son of a Tailor to several friends

I got the merchandise I ordered within the promised time frame and the quality and fit are excellent I also appreciated the fact that Son of a Tailor don t follow the industry by offering big discounts on black Friday I like their mindset and products and in fact just ordered a sweater from them a few days ago
