Have been using Sony products TV mobile for the last 10yrs Never had a major issues with their products Once I had light problem with display in my Xperia Z3 and they fixed it within a week and sent back to me free of charge Sony is indeed a tech giant

Great WHCH710NB Headphones

I recently bought some Sony WHCH710NB Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones They weren t the cheapest to choose from and I was tempted to go for a lower costing pair from a different manufacturer that claimed similar specification But having used Sony products before and having had good experiences with them I am so glad I went with the WHCH710NB s as these headphones are excellent and are easily the best pair I have ever purchased The functionality and the comfort is excellent along with the great sound and build quality Thank you I nearly forgot to mention that I purchased directly from the Sony Centre online great service and a very competitive price

Superb My Sony MDR 1000x developed a fault Sony organised a UPS pickup to Ireland but I had already sent them via registered post so there was a miscommunication there at their end and it cost me 25e to send I was told that UPS was to pick them up then another email said otherwise so I posted myself only to be told the that UPS are picking them up after I sent them a bit messy and I m down in money as a result Other than that they couldn t resolve the issue so they are sending out the newer model I was dealing with a smasher called Carl in Pencoed and she was great

I purchased a Xperia Z1 about 5 months ago from a phone shop Recently it just never switched back on I rung Sony s customer service and they was fantastic they told me i needed to send it off to them with my reference number which i did 10 days later I got a email from Sony telling me my phone was not repairable and they will be sending me a brand new one completely free of charge under my warranty and said it will be with me in 5 to 10 days Communication was good and the staff was polite and very helpful Thanks for readying

Good experience from repair centre

Sony z3 compact failed soon after filming a waterfall where there was lots of water spray in the air I was expecting some hassle with the repair centre over the fact that water had got into the phone but the phone was replaced in just over a week no questions asked and at no cost to myself

Excellent Repair Service

My Sony Xperia Z3 Compact needed an in-guarantee repair after 14 months The call centre was extremely helpful in getting my online account setup immediately the web app had previously rejected my IMEI number I logged the fault online and the phone was collected by courier the next day Eight days later I had the repaired phone back This is great service all the more considering it occurred around the Christmas period For the no-quibble fast reliable service I would definitely consider Sony again for future purchases

We had a problem with our Sony Tv we forgot our Tv PIN and we contacted the Sony Help Centre and a kind gentleman helped us and walked us through the steps until we resolved the problem So thank you very much for being helpful and patient Mr Hakim
