Sony has the worst customer service
Sony has the worst customer service ever I was in touch with Sony customer service regarding a mobile phone I had bought where the display failed to show dark colors I sent them a lot of pictures where one could clearly see the problem They told me to send the phone to one of their service centres The service centre claimed there were no problems and that everything was within specs and charged me 60 It s needless to say that I will never ever buy a Sony product ever again

dreadful service if your tv has a fault
good tv but dreadful service if it has a fault the service repair dept is not even here in the U K but in Cairo and they are a nightmare to deal with i would never buy another sony product again after this

Full of bugs no help or guidance
Incredibly bad experience Trying to register my sony A7series camera So far I have met nothing but missing updates of their software missing guidelines on how to troubleshoot or solve the registration I have tried to create a new account on their website not even that works It is simply full of bugs the page freezes and says that I haven t filled out something marked with But nothing is there everything is filled out The buttons on the page has at this point stopped working I have tried this on several devices by now nothing works It is incredible how a giant company like sony can t have these things in check Please fix it so I can use my paid product

For anyone considering purchasing a Sony TV think twice if you want it to last beyond two years Sony just not good enough Like other reviewers on here my issues are the same the tv is not quite two years old and has issues switching on off being unresponsive and blank screens Compared to my Samsung TV s which have lasted me years 11 and 13 years respectively and the Sony one not even two years and switching it on and off at the socket does not work Sony says nothing to do with them as it is out of its warranty period DO NOT BUY A SONY TV if you want your tv to last

I have a Sony surround sound system The puppies decided that the wires to the back speakers are an excellent chewing toy So the odyssey begins Sony does not sell the replacement parts and they have an official partner that deals with that Ok I get in touch with that company called Encompass Supply Chain Solutions Inc I got in touch and provided the details and request Eventually after answering a few questions I recieved a reply Unfortunately the information that you have provided to me is not listed in our inventory Please submit your inquiry to our research team using this link Come again Is it not their responsibility to contact a department in their own company It seems replacing a simple part on a Sony is impossible it is cable wires for goodness sake and I am very sure thousand of clients need to replace wires Sony makes it as difficult as possible even the system I have has two model numbers I had to send a picture This will absolutely be the last Sony I own once a great and reliable company now I know why I don t see their TV s anymore

Sony SCAMMED ME 250 EUROS Returned my faulty earplugs 250 euro worth to sony on 23rd of March and its been 2 months and after multiple phone calls and emails and i haven t received my money back And they are not answering emails anymore Very disappointed with Sony never ever buying again a product from them

Brought a song TV and it broke after 18 months - the back tube lights went and they are supposed to last 6 years - bad customer service when reporting the issue and no help I advise anyone NOT to buy a Sony product

Worst Scammers
Worst Scammers Send a Sony AI camera for repair due to faulty on the LCD deeply after overheating in the worst arrogant manner they tell me that it s an external damage that has caused it and won t repair it unless I pay 4000DKK I decline and they charge me 750DKK although it the camera has an extended warranty until 03 2026 The faulty on the LCD got worse under their examination and although I could proof that by images before and after they never answered anymore So much for buying a Camera worth 55 000DKK and just get screwed when you need their help The extended warranty clearly specifies that they should repair the camera Never have I experienced such an arrogant support

Bluetooth second device connected bluetooth connected poweroff poweron so stupidly loud notifications by so stupid developers Why not just make the volume of notifications controllable or same as the one set on a device the headphones are connected It would be safe to assume that this is some type of grand scheme to defean people by these stupid companies
