Let me count the ways this has been a poor experience Upon ordering no choices were listed for shipping or fees It took almost two weeks to receive our order and it was late past Christmas The slipers shoes were of very poor quality very cheap The customer support was almost non exisitent - only receiving a token emial with no regard to shipping status or to help rectify the situation They refused to exchange or refund the order - we are very dissatisfied

A horrible company Do not buy their products Not only do they not post their return policy in places where it is easily seen they also fail to allow you to return their substandard product Ordered a pair of shoes for 40 and they are unwearable They feel like cardboard and construction paper and this is not an exaggeration

Never again are we ordering from this place I ordered my mum slippers and she had them for 2 days and the stitching came off and I sent an email with photos and never received any response and after the 4th email they got back to me at all and had customer service I won t be ordering anything from them again
