They market themselves as a UK company based in Oxford Yet goods are sent from China Any refunds that are requested are matched with a request from them for you to keep the goods for a 50 refund of monies paid Any exchanges have to be returned to China tracked at your expense Avoid this company In addition to above goods are of poor quality are delivered in plastic bags and aren t nicely packaged for money spent Not the quality brand they purport to be

Absolute criminals
I am absolutely shocked that these criminals are allowed to trade in the Uk I ordered a pair of slippers supposedly reduced from over 100 to 49 I checked the website before ordering and the website said they were based in Oxford The slippers arrived 10th Jan ordered on 28th Dec one whole size too small in a clear plastic bag and the quality is like something from a market stall I asked how I go about returning as I want a full refund They gave me an address in south China said I had to return them using a reputable courier at my own cost OR I keep them and they will give me 30 refund I don t understand how these people can get away with this Don t order anything from an Instagram link ever

Poor quality small sizes and poor responses
Clearly a scam or probably technically a fake They ignore emails for a return and had the cheek to offer me a 50 discount on a future order when I complained about their lack of response but no returns information Having said that it looks like they are Chinese so that would just add to the cost Avoid avoid avoid N B it looks like there may be a craftsperson with this name working in London This review is not about her but about the website sophiabrownshop com

Terrible customer service and appalling quality clothes I ordered a cashmere jumper and received a cheap nylon one that looks nothing like advertised The jumper is something you could pick up for a fraction of the price on a market stall Returns are to be sent at your own expense back to China

Scammers- poor Chinese product not made in Uk
These people should actually be prosecuted for misleading the public that its made in UK I should have read reviews before purchase I bought an XL size jacket took 4wks to arrive all the way from China Package would pass for a medium size not even a large Material- poor even Primark has got 10x better quality Returns You have to send it back to China when they get it back at their warehouse house they will refund which most likely they won t Its a scam online company portraying made in uk and should be prosecuted
