Great experience
They are horrible and do not want to cover ANY repairs Don t waste your money I provided them with all the previous service records they requested and I still do not get any response from them My car has been sitting at the repair shop for two months now and SOS Auto Protect just ignores my calls and still has not even sent me a formal letter stating the reasons for declining to cover the repairs They are very unresponsive and extremely unprofessional I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam company I have only received a verbal reason for not covering my repairs and they stated the issue is the parts in the car were old and that s what caused the car to break The car is older and that s the reason I bought a warranty policy but apparently if your parts are getting old and showing signs of aging they will use this as a reason to deny coverage Don t waste your money on this warranty policy because they won t cover any repairs
