Even on entering the establishment you have a immediate feeling of quality and professionalism This continues throughout the whole process including discussion ear wax removal hearing test For me this continued with lots of explanations choices of aids fitting personalisation of the hearing aids together with follow up consultations All given with great help understanding and professionally by Simon the audiologist Now I appreciate the increased clarity of my hearing and so pleased my wife badgered me to have a test
