Soundfly has been a lifesaver throughout the time of the pandemic I can t thank Jeremy Young enough for the courage and entrepreneurship to keep this amazing resource going for musicians out there We really need the inspiration Many of us are unemployed and pretty hopeless right now Sometimes all it takes is reading one of Soundfly s amazing articles to get the motivation and the tools we need to keep making music In my case I even received a personal call from Jeremy orienting me on my search for advice on building a music career and producing my own work He motivated me to continue on my path and connected me to an incredible mentor Ian Prince who gave me precious advice on producing my own songs Jeremy has continued to send me emails asking about my progress and keeping me accountable about my goals which I really appreciate I will continue coming back to Soundfly any time I need resources or encouragement I highly recommend it to all musicians and music fans out there

Sam was incredible for the customized beat making class that I took last fall This was my third course I ve taken from SoundFly Songwriting for producers and Faders Up 1 for the other ones I took and I was happy with all of them

My experience with soundfly was great I am still learning a lot from the courses on their website Working 1 2 1 with mentor was worth it for me I took a lot of notes and asked tons of questions They are very professional and supportive

I have been a member of Soundfly s community since 2016 starting with the Chiptune Crash Course and later moving through the Theory For Producers series both of which are free on their website The attentive feedback and the opportunity I was given to explore and experiment has helped fortify my music fundamentals and take my sound to places I never expected it to go I highly recommend Soundfly for anyone who has wanted to make music of any genre but have felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of online places making overblown promises in recent years These guys are the real deal

Vocal production

I am an independent producer and singer I was really struggling with the vocal production That s the reason I tried the 6 week lesson The lessons were insanely good and it improved my production a lot

Great mentorship in music

Soundfly are really marvellous at teaching music theretical and practical stuff It is good to watch some youtube videos to master music productions but it is much more prolific to be guided by professionals who know what to do

I discovered Soundfly through Kimbra and signed up to take her course It was PHENOMENAL Honestly a dream to have gotten to spend that much time learning from her in the ways that she creates and produces Thank you Ian and the team for making this possible

Take the leap of faith

The classes I have taken so far which are the Com Truise synthwave course and Intro into Hip Hop production have really helped release the cobwebs strewn across my creative muscles The challenges in the lessons are a mix of both challenging and inspiring in that they often encourage the learner to try a process they haven t tried before or try a creative technique that seemed daunting prior to entering in the class The hands on application of the concepts learned are great for people who are hands on learners as well The music mentorship program however takes the experience to new heights and I really mean that truthfully I saw reviews saying this was a tailor fit experience and I was like hmmm I don t believe it Well I was so happy I took that leap of faith and signed up for the course My mentor listened to my mixes and helped me identify the issues and guided me on finding the answers myself so that I can be and feel confident in the choices I make when mixing She also provided me with tools and exercises I can do that will help sharpen my skills Whatever skill level you are at Soundfly has something for you If you are afraid trust me I was too but this was honestly so worth it
