Excellent customer service and best in the market for cover song licensing Ignore all the negative disgruntled morons here They have clearly been caught abusing the system

I ve always found Soundrop to be prompt with replies understanding of those working in the Video Game Music Genre - they re stats are detailed and their customer service is excellent

So far so good for me Pay on time nice monthly statement and more

I have been with Soundrop since 2019 They are fast when delivering to stores it s about a week for most stores though they have less stores but they are adding in more stores I also like their email notification to tell me that my songs are released The only store did not go thru was the Pandora I think I submitted myself it went thru and Pandora is in Soundrop report for me as well I always get paid on time or few days earlier which is a sweet surprise I like the way they send my payment directly to my PayPal or bank I also like their raw materials statement which they email me monthly I know some people do not like their report but I do because I use their raw report to export to excel to PowerPoint for my own chart Raw data is pretty cool by store by country by song etc it is very clear report I like the raw statement just the way it is besides I just know they process the statement manually I appreciate their human report I often get their email response between 48 hours I usually email them if I can t find any tips from Sandra bots They used to have the human real chat not anymore it may be shortage of staff during pandemic but email works just fine for me I will update pro and con along the way but so far so good no complaints

Very open and helpful service

I love Soundrop so far I am just waiting for my distribution It s only been a couple hours I cannot wait I really love the service they offer I honestly don t care about the profits I just want my music to be shared on everything

Not serious First of all they charge a commission for streaming except for artists who are just starting out and do not generate income it is not profitable In the contract they expose Soundrop reserves the right to refuse your content for any reason Repeat For ANY reason Any content that a record label uploads can be deleted in one fell swoop destroying not just one artist s trajectory but everyone s trajectory as well as the record label s own reputation Don t say that you weren t warned there are much better alternatives especially paid ones on the market

I ve been with soundrop since 2020 and initially experience and pricing was really good However recently the company completely went downhill and at present the level of service provided is absolutely horrible and appalling First of all there is NO customer service AT ALL Your tickets are being sent to limbo and never answered If there is something wrong with your release after it s locked goodluck to you Changing the date of the release to a further ahead date because they take forever to process the tracks Forget it They completely messed up my release schedule and I planned a month ahead thinking it s enough time for them to do their job Silly me Secondly processing times are shocking Waiting for over a month to process a track that is not even a cover but an original title is just ridiculous

Why I can t log in to my account for check

If your statement total is greater than 20 USD you will automatically receive payment according to the payment method you indicated in your account No further action is required from you aside from ensuring that your payment method information is up to date If you ve never provided payment information for your Soundrop account please log in to do so now If you ve received multiple statement emails it means that you have multiple payee accounts in Soundrop Please make sure that you ve entered payment information for each account you can switch between your various accounts by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom left of any page Unpaid balances will be carried over to the next statement

A legit Scam

Every artist has people who support them and in supporting friends are the first My friends helped me listening to my songs and till i earned just few dollars everything was ok Then i started promoting music investing money and i saw earnings growing up like houndreds of dollars but these scammers locked my account telling me about fraudulent streaming So why you tell me about fraudulent streaming after 9 months after i started earning good money Why not closing my account when i asked my friends to help You closed my account because you want to steal money from artists that is why you are scammers and someone should stop you
