Abysmal service

Abysmal service they wait 9 months to tell me they hadn t been able to collect my direct debits then they want the whole bill in a single payment then tell me it s my fault for not logging in to my online account all the time to check if I was going to do that I wouldn t pay by direct debit would I I d log in and make a payment Shocking to say the least at least take ownership of when things don t go so well if you take ownership then your customers would be understand they wouldn t like it but they d be understanding

The water is so full of limescale that I have to buy bottled water Only fit for washing and laundry I don t even use it in my kettle iron or coffee machine really gross and they charge u

I would rate the service rubbish

I would rate the service but you can t get through to them who would have thought trying to set up a direct debit would be such a pain in the ass App no good Website no good telephone no good

PATHETIC

We reported low water pressure last November 2024 we had a visit from South Staffordshire Water board and was told there was a slight leak from the shared station which would be repaired and we would get another visit to see if there s any improvement there are times during the day we can t even get a drop of water we are still waiting for our second visit it now March 2025 they are PATHETIC

Rang twice each time 40 minutes no answer left an enquiry email no reply as yet looks like I will have to call in to office worse than tring to get a doctor s appointment really poor

Awful service

I called their customer service number and waited on hold for 10 minutes before also trying to connect with an agent online through my account I managed to reach an online agent so I ended my phone call which had reached 20 minutes on hold Unfortunately the agent couldn t assist and redirected me to the same number I had just hung up on Frustrated I called the support line again only to wait another 30 minutes on hold only for the agent to then take an additional 15 minutes to complete a simple task

Random bill of 1500 quid but not long in the property Tried calling but left on hold too long

Poor service

Trying to register and set up direct debit on website which didn t work tried mobile app as suggested that didnt work tried to send message on app to them that didnt work phoned next day and over 43 mins on hold and still not spoke to anyone
